Abstract

The RTLH assistance program represents a government initiative to improve the quality of life for low-income communities by renovating dwellings that fail to meet livability standards. Throughout 2026, the RTLH rehabilitation program is being actively promoted through a collaboration between the Tangerang Regency Government and Baznas (National Zakat Agency) of Tangerang Regency. Several districts—such as Pakuhaji, Sindang Jaya, and Tigaraksa serve as focal points for outreach activities and the inauguration of home renovation projects for underprivileged residents. The RTLH program is a local government effort to provide healthy, safe, and comfortable housing, thereby positively impacting community life in terms of health, comfort, and family well-being. The program ensures that the assistance provided effectively addresses the community's basic needs. Beyond merely ensuring livable housing, the local government also prioritizes health aspects and access to other supporting facilities. The RTLH rehabilitation program plays a crucial role in planning efforts aimed at accelerating the eradication of extreme poverty.
